omg I love you!! I teach yoga and add Hanna Somatic movements and also Qi Gong moments. Such a similarity. It's great to add the Essentrics workout to change it up.

Excellent video, love it, I bought this tape a few yrs ago and tried to follow it. Unfortunately, I did not do well and stop doing these stretches. Joined the local GYM, hired a personal trainer, even after two years, my mobility is not what I was hoping to gain. Today, your stretches make more sense to me. I intent to give it try once again . Thank you very much, keep up the good work.

I e been doing your stretching for the last 8mos. It helped me get ready for a TKR. Had it 5 wks ago and saw this new one…i can do the lunges, a bit mildly. I can tell, the more I do this, the more my knee(s) will get better, faster. Thanks so much,
