This is so beautiful to see! I’ve watched it 10 times. Many women are intimidated by weight lifting and training. There is so much gratification that comes with reaching weight lifting goals! I hope that more women embrace this craft and let go of the fear.

Such an amazing feeling! Good for her. I remember the first time every squatting 500, I cried. I waited 10+ years to squat that weight because of back issues and time off. So happy for her 🤘🏽🔥
