As a new person getting into collecting/investing into pokemon, iv seen people reference collecting who boxes of packs. Do people invest in trainer boxes? Or boxes with promo cards with like 4 packs in them? Cheers

Being in Aus I can get 2 normal etb boxes for less than what 1 pc etb box cost to ship here. Is it still worth getting maybe one Pokemon centre etb just to have?

Maybe cover prize packs. Series 5 is coming out and it has stamped ace spec cards, which will be worth a penny. And there’s a ton of cards worth good money with those. The charizard vmax stamped is hundreds of dollars. You could also cover the illustration contest 2023 packs. 2024 competition has been in news and there aren’t many of the 2023 packs around from what I’ve seen on eBay and such and they’ve gone up a ton in the last months.
