The Greatest Finishes in NASCAR History

At the time of making this video, NASCAR top 3 divisions have raced a combined total of 4593 races. In those races, there have been around 350 different winners. A small percentage when you consider that there have been thousands of drivers who have cranked their engines in a NASCAR sanctioned event. Out of all those races, only a few are still talked about to this day. If certain races never stand out to the fans, then it will soon be forgotten and never thought of again. A race could be remembered for many reasons. Some are remembered for how cars started the event, others for which drivers entered, hell some are even remembered for how bad they were; however, if a race wants to be truly remembered for many years, look no further than at the one thing that matters most in a race, the finish.

Here's hoping my boy Chastain adds another entry into the list of iconic NASCAR victories next year.

The best finish is actually 2. 2001 daytona races. Watching Mikey get his win "taken" away by dales death and then a few months later Jr wins and they all celebrate. You can't beat the emotions of thay day, still gives me chills to watch those races

When you were doing close finishes, I was going, he forgot Craven? How could he be so ignorant. Thank goodness I was impatient!

I remember “practicing” my sax during the last hour or so of this race. That was a great race! It also quite possibly was saved a fate with The Rock or North Wilkesboro.

Cole Pearn had those early gen6 cars figured tf out

And I was at Gordon’s legacy win. The crowd staying after to watch his celebration was a moment I’ll never forget .

Ricky Craven and Kurt. I had both of them in our Nascar pool at work. I won a few hundred bucks. Haha

I find it crazy how both Ernie Irvan, and Dale Earnhardt suffered from the same injury, and Ernie was able to survive that. That just shows his resilience. I wish Earnhardt would have been able to do the same, but unfortunately there were way too many factors that made that almost impossible. I wish I was alive to see that 28 car in its prime.

Your video is great.. but nonetheless to me is Dale Sr. Winning the Daytona 500. I understand the aspect of your video but will always enjoy the 98 Daytona 500...

Kyle Busch ALSO won the 2021 Clash the same way, Chase Elliott and Ryan Blaney crashed in the last turn and Busch passed both coming to the finish

My All Time Favorite Finish
Is The Lady in Black

Sharpie 97 Kurt Busch Vs
Tide Ride 32 Ricky Craven 🏁

What A Finish 💪
Kurt was My Favorite Driver @ that time
So I was %💯 going for Kurt
But Craven getting a W didn’t ruin it
That’s for sure. Craven is alright . 👍

Kurt was Until I met Him in person and He was the douche everyone else thought He was .

Kyle Busch has been My Favorite driver ever since then & I’ve met Him 3x and He was Great every time
Legit Dude to His Supporters
The Man just Loves Winning
He can act a little weenie a couple times But All The Drivers are from 2000’s on
No OG’z anymore

Chase & Truex Jr are pretty Rad Dudes
Cousin Carl wasn’t a BiG Nerd .

Kyle is Dope other than just a couple instances, like that truck race 😬
But overall Kyle Is Dope & Legit 🏁 ✌️
