Superb, clear and concise. The issue I had was having MFA switched on with the account in ServiceNow I used. I didn't think it would try and use MFA but it did, once I switched it off it worked 👍🏻 Thanks again.

But how to write script for OAuth 2.O by using client id, client script and Tenant Id
