I mean this in the most respectful way possible, she is very slim. I've checked out her other videos and she has very low body fat for a woman and this shouldn't be sugar-coated.

She is beautiful regardless and absolutely possible she is completely healthy but I also used to look like this.

Its not about different shape or proportions, you can have low body fat but her complete lack of muscular definition is a bit concerning and is usually a sign your body isn't receiving enough nutrients (aka burning muscles for fuel or not receiving enough to build them). I just want to be clear that if she was burning calories through exercise then at her body fat level, those muscles would be very prominent, unless she completely doesnt exercise. I don't mean they would be huge, they would just be visable, even with just cardio.

Judging by that, she could be eating just the right amount of calories for her body with a balanced diet and thats attainable in a way. Though I wouldn't recommend that because, unless you're strictly calorie counting, you dont eat exactly the same amount of calories each day. At that fat and muscle level it wouldnt be ideal (potentially very dangerous at lower levels) as if she had to skip a meal or didn't have much of an appetite that day her body would start breaking down her muscle tissue for energy. Usually we have extra calories left over from the previous day or in fat for those occasions.

I don't like commenting in regards to people's appearance but it needs to be pointed out that for most people this body type is unattainable and most probably unhealthy. The organs in our body are also differently sized and shaped so for some people its not possible to have a completely flat stomach or small waist and thats completely ok and still beautiful.

There are also many reasons why people may be skinny that arent always talked about, its not always disordered eating. It could even be as simple as a lack of certain vitamins and protein in the diet. Someone could be eating filling and balanced meals and could still be losing/not gaining weight because of hormonal disorders, medication or drug use (not necessarily abuse, stimulants (adderal) make your body burn more calories). You may have heard an old saying that models use coke to stay skinny and though now its mostly dieting yes that does actually work, though please don't try that 🤣

Always watch out for your yourself, friends and family and always approach these situations with love and compassion. I'd rather respectfully espress my concern and be reassured than say nothing and possibly watch the health of someone I love deteriorate. My mother is finally getting help and right now praying everything will be ok as it turns out she has multiple concerning lumps on her thyroid causing hyperthyroidism which caused her low body fat.
