California cop adopts daughter of homeless woman battling addiction

Amazing. I was once in the same shoes as the mother. I was gifted with the same experience. I was Rock bottom and on drugs. My baby was pit into foster care. Shed been adopted by her foster parents that send me pics. Its a blessing. God bless their hearts.
