The Plans For Our Garden - ep28 - 230 Year Old Farmhouse Renovation

We take you back to fall of last year when we started working on our garden. We pick it up in the present where we finalize the emergency repairs on the future garden kitchen, now a materials storage space. We explain the plan for this part of the garden.

We are Lex and Marianne. On this channel we are sharing our story about renovating a 230 year old neglected and abandoned half-timbered (fachwerk) farmhouse in Germany. Our goal is to turn it into a beautiful, comfortable, ecological, debt-free, sustainable and self-sufficient homestead. And we have no building experience. Great! What could go wrong?

Great lively episode! Good to see that digger at work! Reminds me of when we were planning our gardens around the house. That is a lot of fun isn't it!? Our borders are all mature and beautiful now so we know all the hard work will be worth it. But frankly, we have a lot of them and once they mature, they also require a lot of maintenance! It's great to see things progressing and also to see you guys more and more in front of the camera! 👍❤
