You guys did an amazing job as always ❤ I gotta say though, I prefer when you fix houses in bad shape. With the housing market being as bad as it is, its hard enough for people to buy houses just to live in. Taking an already nice house and raising the price/value of it for a profit so someone wealthier can have a pretty house... I get this is a business but its more fun when you turn an ugly/broken house into something livable.

Its a beautiful home, but the chocolate color fire place seems not cohesive. That color isnt anywhere else in the home. A warm taupe or black would have been better to me.

Great upgrade! Would have loved to see the fireplace redone floor to ceiling with a stone and wood combo. Still looks outdated and small for the space

I love it! Two things tho…adding an electrical outlet above those built ins and about the fireplace is an inexpensive and practical thing to just go ahead and do. Especially when you were saying that the upstairs landing could be a tv room. Also…the yard could be way more appealing if it were sodded or at least weedeated.

Job well done. Overall great colors and fixtures. Love that the cabinets in the kitchen go all the way to the ceiling. Make the kitchen look grand. But the island should have had an overhang where the stools were. The fireplace was a huge mistake on the color. And I agree with one of the other commenters, you missed an opportunity to open that living room window up onto that patio which would have brought the outdoors in and vice versa. How many other houses in the neighborhood have that feature? It could mean the difference to just a full offer and possibly a bidding war. I noticed you didn't do anything to the laundry room. At that price I would be expecting at least some cabinets overhead to keep that space neat looking. It was rather small too. Looking forward to your next 2 neighborhood projects. Cheers!

Love the Reno .. but why wasn’t the ceiling vent cover in the dining room not painted the same color as the ceiling? It is a definite eye sore

I love when houses have rooms, but the room has an arch way dividing each room which still gives an open concept, but each room is separate instead of just being one giant room with everything in it.

Why not replace the bathtubs with more modern ones? Love the channel and love the house. Just curious why bathtubs are shunned. 😂

Looks great! The only thing I would hesitate about is the light-colored bathroom floors because they will highlight every single hair someone sheds.
