S$1000 Food Challenge in a day at Japanese restaurants in Singapore! This is the most I ate in a day! I started from a restaurant serving rare Japanese cuisine, then to affordable tonkatsu and finished off the day with a unique kaiseki concept.

You have never had chawanmushi until you tasted the 138 year old OG of all chawanmushis in Nagasaki called "Yossou"

Think your $1, 000 is for lots of food for more than 1. Many good places with good lunch for 1 at under $300 per pax. Like some serious wagyu restaurants. Dinner of sushi or kappo at about $600. Note that in Singapore $1, 000 only gets you $800 of food before service charge and GST.
