Fondazione ITS
Established in 2022, Fondazione ITS (International Talent Support) is based in Trieste, Italy but international in scope. Our mission is to protect, preserve and promote creativity.
We do so through ITS Arcademy - Museum of Art in Fashion and international fashion competition ITS Contest. We scout and develop talent and create events, exhibitions and projects at the intersection of fashion, art and culture.
ITS Contest
Established in Trieste in 2002, the ITS Contest is a prestigious international award open to emerging fashion, accessory, and jewellery designers.
Over the last two decades, it has contributed to launching the careers of visionary creatives who are pushing contemporary fashion forward, whether they are heading renowned brands, working behind the scenes, or running their own businesses.
ITS Contest finalists receive financial support and join a network of peers and industry experts that provide mentoring and career opportunities. At the core of the ITS experience lies a Residency in Italy - an invaluable opportunity to learn new skills and make lifelong friendships at the crossroads of Europe.
ITS Arcademy - Museum of Art in Fashion
ITS Arcademy is Italy’s first contemporary fashion museum, a place of creative discovery and learning designed for everyone, where visitors can explore fashion as a form of contemporary art.
A journey through its galleries captures the imagination and stimulates the senses, unleashing your creativity - no design background needed.
The museum Collection archives 14840 creative project portfolios, 1100 garments, 165 accessories, 120 jewellery pieces, and over 700 photographic works, preserving them for future generations. It is a unique and invaluable compendium of radical and innovative creative projects by emerging designers from all over the world.
