My Little Box Review - April 2015

This months offering from My Little Box was 'Dream' themed. Packed full of cute items.. But I was confused by the theme!

I'm so jealous of the perfume. I received a Cowshed body lotion and it smells horrible! I agree with you on the dream thing- any of the things that you suggested would have been lovely in this months box xox

Hi Claire :) I've just subscribed to your My Little Box reviews, as this is only my 3rd box, so I've now become intrigued as to how there are different products chosen for us.

I realise the diff products could be chosen by which things we have said in our questionnaires on the subscription of my little box on their site - but I must admit, I would have preferred the perfume stick to the cowshed body lotion I received, the perfume would have actually reflected more what my questionnaire says about me than the lotion, but it must be a little difficult for them to get it spot on for everyone ;)

I agree with your thoughts on the magazine - I even wrote stating how much I love my little box, and felt that's yes, the magazine would be great in the recycled paper format (if they're trying to be kinder to the environment etc) but not in a pull out type poster format, personally, I feel I can't just slip this in my bag to have a quick read at lunch time or what have you, as it's too large to fold out for some of the articles :/

Anyway, crikey, no more waffling from me, apologies for going on lol! Fab video review, really enjoyed it Claire and I shall be looking forward to your future reviews :) x

Omg I want that stamper and necklace, the perfume would be good for in you purse less likely to break and handy if you forgot to put some on.

Great video, I still haven't subscribed to my little box yet but agree with you that the theme this month is all a bit confusing, none of the products tie in like they all seem to in the other ones?!

I think you're taking the dream thing too literally. I think they mean dream more in a Walt Disney way... all the "if you believe, you can achieve" stuff ;) Therefore the stamp is relevant because it has all the little quotes. However, I agree that something more dreamy could have been in the products. I don't see their relevance, but from what I've seen their themes usually are more related to the non-beauty items x

When I saw the gold locket from Delphine Periente I did think it needed a knot or clasp of some kind.

I agree with you about the cards, I really liked them so have flattened the stamped with love box and framed that...

I would have preferred to have received the perfume - I received a Cowshed body lotion instead. ;)
