You can make cram mortars with horizontal barrels. Takes some firing arc restriction tweaking on both turret and firing pieces though. ON added bonus, when they are "prefer high", they WILL fire direct shots at close by enemies. Well worth the hassle.

What happens if the canon that isn’t synced gets disabled? Will that prevent the other three from shooting?

I’ve heard of a trick to use the bomb chute with a mortar to give CRAM bombs the homing effect; does that actually work and is it even worth doing?

Hm. Followed the tutorial, though with just one cram "Mortar", and Every time i try to hook up a W.C it says 0 of these weapons can be controlled by the A.I

I thought guns didn't like sharing parts... And it looks to me like you ended up with each receiving a different amount of cram pellets.

pretty useless tutorial, im trying to make a cram but it keeps trying to use it as a cannon, you have to do something specific to make it into a mortar, but you make no mention or acknowledgement of that. Kinda missing the main thing here.
