Foot Doctor Zach did a good video explaining that back heel cutout feels like a slam and that you are you to feel like you are leaning backwards when hitting the heels first on the floor and that they would be more helpful for joggers/runners going uphill

Unrealistic shoes that only last a limited amount of time. Not ideal for most runners
