Make sure you have a 20 dex, at least a +1 longbow, and the sharpshooter feat and you get to do 1009 d8 +16144 pts of damage.

Technically, you can do an infinite amount of attacks per turn, they're just not guaranteed - 5.0e GWM allows you to do an additional attack on a melee crit. So, get yourself a target with infinite HP, and keep critting - theoretically infinite attacks, assuming infinite luck.

Warcaster and a helpful pixie flying by to trigger a second scorching ray, and someone else mentioned wild magic sorcerer and rolling "get your action back" on the wild magic surge table. Depending on how it's worded, can't be bothered to check right now, that's either 500 or 1000 more attacks, if it works with the reaction cast too. May need 1 warlock level and eldritch blast for the reaction spell, don't remember the precise wording on multiple leveled spells in a turn in 5.24e

Reminds me of an old 4e Swordmage spell called "Omnipresent Assault".

You attack each creature you can see when you first cast the spell within a range of sight. Teleporting adjaycent to each creature to make the attack.
