Awww my first time ever coming across you all and im crying lol so happy for you both!! Praying that the Lord keeps you, for you to have a healthy pregnancy, delivery, baby and post partum journey...great health through and through!! ❤❤❤

Drink LOTS and LOTS of water (helps with the amniotic fluid your baby needs to be healthy), i drank 2 oz a day of advance care Pedialyte and honestly feel like that kept me from ever getting even a cold while pregnant, eat as healthy as you can (treat yourself of course though) and move your body for 30 mins each day! It ALL helps so much later down the line!! May your experience be beautiful and treat you well!
