W/ all due respect po - yong pong prevention of human trafficking - trabaho po ng bawat countries. Since the phil immigration is bound to observe/respect the right to travel of our citizen - I think the appropriate thing to do is to allow their departure if they sees no justifications or good reasons to deny their departure. And if our immig officer believe that such traveler is a possible victim of human trafficking - all they have to do is to closely coordinate/give prior alert notice to the immigration officer at the port entry that such traveler must be subjected to strict arrival inspection. Kung makalusot po sa port of entry despite Phil immigration close coordination/prior alert notice
