Trekking poles are the absolute best. I have ones that go inside themselves that are carbon that I got on Amazon I think they're called lifetime or life fit. Mine are also set at 115. Cork handles are also the best as they absorb moisture from your hands. Love you sunshine, love you captain, Nan
