Pineapples rock|Drilled them,squeezed them and steamed for ambrosial taste |Poorna-The nature girl

It was a windy day.Not only the wind but also there was a little drizzle.Every time i go to the "Pineapple Rock" I get used to hearing the sound of the wind.That sound makes my mind relax❤️

Even I've gone to the pineapple rock number of times,it is the first time i came with Saki.Wind was bit cold.Saki seemed to be delighted😂.Even there were lots of pineapples,it's hard to find a riped one.It is one of the favourite fruits of kids in near houses.When we were kids,we also used to climb the rock even in the midday.It was hard to climb the rock that heated by sunlight.But we enjoyed it very much.I plucked some pineapples without stepping in to the bushes.Because there was lots of thorns.Also I plucked some "Heen Dan" and came back home.

Pineapple slices are so tasty when some spices are spreaded on it.It looked like a sunflower when i added some black cumin🌻

Amberella (June Pulm) tree was also fructified.Even though tree was little high,I plucked some amberella and prepared a drink.Dad and mom actually glugged it😍.It is a sign of the taste of drink.Mom was plucking some manioc leaves to prepare "Mallum".Saki likes very much to play with sand😂.He spreads it everywhere so dad has to glut it everytime😂.

My auntie taught me to prepare ice cream with coconut milk and fresh milk.Somedays ago i prepared it for my family.They said that it was very tasty.So I decided to prepare it again with some strawberries and pineapples.

Then I started cooking chicken.After spreading spices and curd on chicken,I kept it for proportion.Also I prepared a tasty dessert with pineapple.After an hour,I put chicken on pan.Then I went to pluck some chilli.My vegetable beds were bit weedy.That because of I couldn't set my attention to vegetable beds.I was busy with my flower beds.After plucking some chillies from newly planted chilli plants,I chopped them with onions,tomatoes ,curry leaves and added to the chicken curry.Also I added curd and a bit of water.

After that I started making "Pineapple Rice Packets".I put a little amount of half boiled basmathi rice aa first layer,chicken pieces as second layer and vegetables pieces and boiled prawns as third layer.After 20 minutes of steam boiling,the banana leaf was unwrapped.It smelled amazing..❤️Somehow,all of us did not spare a single grain of rice😁.Also my pineapple ice cream had the same result..😂😍

එදා තමා හුලඟ!හුලඟ විතරක්නම් මදෑ.අතරින් පතර හීන් වැස්සත් එක්ක.වෙනදත් මං අන්නාසි ගලේ ගියාම ගල උඩ ටිකක් වාඩි වෙලා ඉදං, වටේ තියෙන ගස් ගල් හුලඟ එක්ක කියන කතා අහගෙන ඉන්නවා.ඒවා මිනිස්සුන්ගෙ කතා වගේ නෙවෙයි.කොයිතරම් වෙලා අහගෙන හිටියත් එපා වෙන්නේ නෑ.හවසට ගමේ පන්සලෙන් ඇහෙන පිරිත් හඬ වගේ.මගෙන් දෙයක් නොපතාම මගේ හිත නිවනවා.ඒකයි මං මෙච්චර ආදරේ.❤අන්නාසි ගලේ කොයිතරම් ගිහින් තිබුනත් සකී එක්ක මුලින්ම ආවෙ අද තමයි.මේ ටිකේ දිගටම වැස්සත් නිසා, හුලඟත් හරි සීතයි.සකීටනම් හරිම සතුටුයි වගේ.අමු අන්නාසිත් ඕන තරම්.ඒත් ඉදුනු ගෙඩි ටිකක් ඉතුරු වෙන්නෙ බොහොම කලාතුරකින්.කුරුලු කොබෙයියොන්ටයි මොණරුන්ටයි දෙවෙනි නෑ වටේ පිටේ ගෙවල් වල ඉන්න පොඩි එවුන් ටිකත්.😂 අපිත් එහෙමනෙ පොඩි කාලේ.ඒ කාලෙ අන්නාසි තිබුනේ ගලේ මුදුනේ විතරයි.කකුලුත් පිච්චි පිච්චි ගිනි මද්දහනෙ ගලේ නගිනවා අන්නාසි කන්න.අන්නාසි කාලා දං පොකුරු පිටින් කඩාගන තමයි ගෙදර එන්නේ.ඒ දවස් වල වගේ නෙවෙයි දැන්, අන්නාසි යායට හැදිලා.පඳුරු අස්සෙ ගියොත්නම් කටු වලට කකුල් හොදටම හීරිලා විස ගහනවා.ඒ නිසා පේන මානේ තිබුන අන්නාසි ගෙඩි ටික විතරයි කඩාගත්තේ.ගල උඩ ඉදන්ම ගෙඩියක් කපාගන කෑවේ පෙරේතකමටම නෙවෙයී.මහන්සියටත් එක්කයි.අන්නාසි පෙති කපලා ඉඟුරු, සුදුලූනු, මිරිස්, ලුනු, කහ, ගම්මිරිස් එක්ක තුනපහ ටිකක් දාලා දෙපැත්තෙ තවරලා, බටර් සීනී එක්ක රන් වන් පාට වෙන්න කබලෙ තියලා ගත්තම හරි රසයි.ඒ ලස්සන මල මැද්දට කලුදුරු ඇට ටිකක් තිබ්බමනම් සූරියකාන්ත මලක් වගේමයි.🌻මේ ටිකේ අපේ ඇඹරැල්ලා ගහේ ඇඹරැල්ලා පිරිලා.ගෙඩි හතර පහක් කඩාගන ඇවිත් අන්නාසිත් දාලා හොඳට ලී වංගෙඩියෙ කොටාගත්තා.ඉස්ම ප්‍රමානෙට හරියන්න වතුර දෙගුණයක් විතර දාලා, ලුනු ගම්මිරිස් සීනී ටිකක් දාලා හොදට කලවම් කරලා බලන්නෙපැයි ඒකේ රස😍තාත්තා ඔය වැලි ගොඩ දහ දොලොස් වතාවක් එකතු කරන්න ඇති.සකියගෙන් වැලි ගොඩ බේරගන්න එකනම් කරන්න අමාරු වැඩක් නෙවෙයි.කරන්න බැරි වැඩක්😂ශා ඒකත් නියම කෑමක්.අන්නාසි මල් කකා තාත්තයි අම්මයි අන්නාසි ඇඹරැල්ලා එකනම් උගුරට දෙකට බිව්වා.හුරේ.නොකියා කියන්නේ ඒක රහයි කියලා තමයි.😍 තාත්තා අන්නාසි ගලේ ඉහේ කෙස් ගානට ගිහින් තියේලු.අනේ මංදා හද මාමා වගේ ඔලුවෙ එක කෙස් ගහක්වත් නෑ හැබැයි.😂😂පොල් කිරි, උකු කල කිරි එක්ක බීට් කරලා අයිස්ක්‍රීම් හදන විදිහ මට කියලා දුන්නේ අපේ මම්මා.කලින් දවසක එහෙම අයිස්ක්‍රීම් හැදුව වෙලේ ගෙදර හැමෝම කිව්වා රසයි කියලා.ඉතිං අන්නාසිත් තියෙන නිසා ස්ට්‍රෝබෙරි ටිකකුත් දාලා මං අයිස්ක්‍රීම් එකක් හදලා තිබ්බා.පස්සෙ දවසක කන්න පුලුවන්නෙ..ගම්මිරිස්, ලුනු, මිරිස්, කහ, තුනපහ, ඉඟුරු, සුදුලූනු, මී කිරි එක්ක මස් ටික අතගාලා පැයක් විතර තියන්න ඕන.එතකන් ඉතිං මට කරන්න පොඩි වැඩක් තියෙනවා. ඒ වෙලාවෙ තමයි අන්නාසි, රුලං දාලා රසම රස අතුරුපස හැදුවෙ🙂 හොදට ලුනු ඇඹුල් උරාගත්තු මස් ටික ගිතෙල් වලින්ම බැදෙන්න තියලා, කොච්චි කරල් දෙකක් කඩන් එන්න ගියාමයි අලුතෙන් හිටවපු සේරම කොච්චි පැල ටික පීදිලා තියෙනවා දැක්කේ.ඒ කොච්චිවල නමක් ගමක් මං දන් නෑ.හැබයි පට්ට සැරයි😂 මස් ටික තාච්චියේම ටිකක් අඩිය අල්ලන්න දීලා තමයි ලියාගත්තු රට ලූනු, තක්කාලි, කරපිංචා, කොච්චි දාලා කලවම් කරගන්න ඕන.ඒකටම ආයිමත් තුනපහ, මී කිරි එක්ක වතුර කෝපයක් විතර දාලා ටිකක් උකු වෙලා තෙල් පෑදුනාම ලිපෙන් බාගන්න ඕන.
තවාගත්තු කෙසෙල් කොලේ අඩියටම බාගෙට තම්බගත්තු බාස්මතී අහුරු දෙකක් දාලා ඊට උඩින් මස් කෑලි දෙක තුනක් තියාගන්නවා.හීනියට කපාගන බටර් තවරගත්තු බෝංචි, ලීක්ස්, කැරට්, අන්නාසි තියලා තම්බගත්තු ඉස්සො දෙතුන් දෙනෙකුත් තියලා බැදගත්තු ලූනු කරපිංචා දාගත්තම තමයි තුන්වෙනි තට්ටුව සම්පූර්ණ වෙන්නෙ.ඒ විදිහට තට්ටු දෙකක් දාලා තමයි බත් මුල් ටික බැදගන්න ඕනෙ.හුමාලෙන් විනාඩි විස්සක් වගේ තැම්බෙනකොට ඔන්න එනවා කෙහෙල් කොලේ සුවද.එතකොටනම් කෙහෙල් මලු ටික බාගත්තොත් හොදයි.නැත්තන් කන්න වෙන්නෙ බරිකිත් තමයි.😁
