I feel like old navy used to be so much more affordable.

I work at Old Navy and it is our policy to honor signs if they are directly on the item. A lot the times people think it was on sale because there is a sale on the thing beside it but the sign has to be directly on the thing for us to honor the price.

Never buy anything regular price bc we change our sales every week and what you want will probably end up being on sale. Or even go online, there is usually a better coupon there than for in store

Also, we do price adjustments within 14 days. If you go in with your receipt, the cashier can scan it and it will adjust the prices and refund it to you!

Old Navy is one the few retailers that you've reviewed that I actually shop at and I cant imagine shopping full price at Old Navy.. just no freakin' way with how many sales, coupons, other random stuff there is and they swap things out so often and move things to clearance so quick.

I love Old Navy!!! I never pay full price I always shop sales in store or online, and I always make sure to use my super cash and check out the clearance racks! There's almost always a sale and if there's not I just avoid it and go back when there is.

I've been a size 14 since I was a sophomore in high school, and now 7 years later I'm the heaviest I've ever been and my size 14's are snug. I was freaking out, but watching your videos, and seeing how cute you look in everything kind of makes me feel better. So thank you for putting yourself out there!

I just discovered you about a week or so ago. You can't believe what a huge part of my day, you are !!! I enjoy all your videos. I did especially enjoy this one in Old Navy. I myself can never find a thing in Old Navy. I think most tops stretched and are completely out of shape after a wash. I've bought jeans there once. When I put them on in the morning, cute, cute, cute. But by late in the day, girl you and I both could have fit in those jeans.

I only shop old navy online! Fairly frequently they'll do a 40% off sale and that's the best time to buy things. It's also super simple to return things as long as you keep the shipping receipt so a lot of the time I'll buy things in multiple sizes or buy something extra just so I can reach the limit for free shipping. Also Sarah since I know you hate returning things I think a great video series would you be trying to return things at various retailers lol. You could do returns to physical stores but also seeing you try to return things to online stores would be interesting and helpful.
