A) Creatine is an amino acid, testosterone is a hormone.
B) Myostatin deficiency is a genetic condition. Just because someone is muscular doesn’t mean they have a genetic disorder
C) Creatine initially causes bloating, water retention. Potentially aiding the fascia hydration and I have found nothing to back up the claims of “creatine sucks the water out of the fascia into muscles”.
So what you’re saying is although fascia is hydrophilic and connects the cell to the circulatory system as a passive delivery route, and has increased water on one end(muscle) and constant on the other end(vessels) and surrounding interstitial fluid, it somehow magically dehydrates rather then benefits?

Sir please make a brief video on how to change neurological pattern to become fascia driven athlete

If creating dehydrates your fascia then take more and more water. Is the cells in fascia so stubborn to not consume water from any other source. That’s strange.

so I looked at it because I want to better myself with creatine and I have. I found that the body is very adapt when it comes to dehydration and doesn't starve one organ in particular to give more water to the muscles and although you supplement it, it wont suppress natural production like testosterone supplementation. and also before you throw a fit and say I train world champs believe me I want you to know that I respect that but please do not make that the end all be all. there are studies of long term (5+ years) with no impairment of the kidneys. I will keep this in mind continuing supplementation. But until further notice with solid evidence I wont discontinue. anyways what do you think when people eat a high meat diet that gives them lots of creatine like pounds of beef.

So what is the difference beetween doing one rep with more weight or more reps with less weight?

Would this also apply to steroids ? Because they also cause water going into the muscle like creatine but even more so. However with steroids we know for certain they massively increase performance so how is this explained if the water directed into the muscle means the fascia is negatively affected? Because steroids massively improved performance. Thanks.

I was just thinking of adding creatine after a early failure set the other day, but my fascial fitness is more important to me than bigger muscles.

Thanks for sharing the quality information 🙏🏻

Hi, coach. I am a fan of fascia training in China. I want to know that there is a bilibili id called Shenquan _ Chinese Physical Fitness Training up claiming to be your student. Then he trains in one-on-one substitute classes. Does he have the qualifications to teach?

Thank you Coach! In life and fitness there are no shortcuts. Thank you for this wisdom. The body is a ecosystem, not a machine. Appreciate you.
