On this Topwater Tuesday my wife Lisa and I pit the Koppers Live Target Mouse against the Zoom Horny Toad. Come along and see how we do and along the way learn when and where to throw these different styles of topwater baits. These two baits are quite different from each other and have their own time and place to be fished and in your tackle box.
