Blown Away! Bird Watching at Ham Wall Nature Reserve

Показать описание
A trip to the RSPB's Ham Wall Nature Reserve on the Somerset Levels, south-west England. There were lots of birds and butterflies about, including Western Marsh Harrier, Great Crested Grebe, Great White Egret, Little Egret, Grey Heron, Common Wood Pigeon, Gadwall, Northern Shoveler, Eurasian Coot, Great Cormorant and Mute Swan. As you can see, it did get very windy at times but it was great to spend the day in such beautiful surroundings.
In addition to the birds, the video features Peacock, Red Admiral and Green-veined White butterflies, and Common Blue Damselfly. There are also views of the Glastonbury Canal (opened 1834), and Glastonbury Tor with St Michael's Tower on the top.
