As a 90s kid I remember $80k in my area was nice middle class and could get you a nice home.

This is the perfect mix of form and function. Only thing I would add, based on where I live, is roll down mosquito netting to use when the tailgate and hatch are open. Thanks for sharing. Well done Sir!!

It's such a small detail but i'd've never thought to cut a hole for the stove controls

Get a roll of Velcro Tape, Amazon has it if you don't have real stores around you. One side of it will stick to that topper roof. Bed Rug, the truck liner is made of the same stuff, you can make a sticky pad on stuff so it doesn't slide around on it. I use it to stick fishing poles on the ceiling.
