What was your favorite scene in the movie? 🤔

Why is no one talking about the fact that it took 25 meetings to make this scene? Pixar deserves praise for being THAT committed to portraying an anxiety attack.

What I like the most about this scene is that Anxiety herself was also panicking. Not just Riley.

My mother really resonated with this scene, as someone who struggled with anxiety attacks. Especially how it thinks it’s protecting you, when in reality, it’s not

This is a really good physical representation of an anxiety attack, I’ve experienced a few before, and this is what it feels like. The “I’m not good enough” part really got to me, especially because I watched in an IMAX theater where the noise comes at you from everywhere, it makes you feel like your thinking it

The anxiety scene felt so real i caught myself shaking my own leg watching it. As the scene progressed i couldn’t help but get teary eye because it was just all too relatable.

The anxiety attack scene was easily the most powerful scene of the film, along with “I’m Not Good Enough, ” and it’s insane to see just how much time and effort went into executing it perfectly. It’s amazing to see studios try so hard to correctly portray mental health in a meaningful manner, especially in child-friendly media, in which that sort of stuff tends to get overlooked, despite the fact so many go through it.

I’m a girl who played ice hockey, and I had so many panic attacks. I couldn’t ask for something better that portrayed them, I seriously can’t not believe how well done this was.

That scene actually made me shed a tear, so I'd say they got it right.

Anxiety’s state of shock honestly looks quite scary tbh. She’s just stuck staring with just panic on her face but is still just completely still.

As a 16 year old who has bad social anxiety, and always has anxiety attacks randomly during school (only in school, because that's where a lot of people are and yeah),
I'm so glad that they made this scene and didn't scrap it or anything. It makes us teens relate to Riley a lot more.

Even though Disney is failing, Pixar is cooking. The anxiety attack was beautiful.

That scene from *Inside Out 2, * where Anxiety was taking control of Riley's emotions, and then she was crying - that was COMPLETELY Intense and Crazy!

I think ever since puss in boots 2 came out animated movies has been talking about more sensitive topics. Like nimona for example it literally has an attempted suicide scene.

I like how Pixar tries so hard to make these kind of scenes just to entertain and tear up the audience

I’m so happy with how animation’s been showcasing anxiety lately. First with Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, the Spider Verse short, and now here in Inside Out 2.

I love how they draw attention to a method known as "grounding", which is used to tackle anxiety attacks. Riley feels the coarseness of the brench, she hears the puck on the ice, and counts her breaths, and it helps bring her back from her anxiety attack.
