Indexation benefit me inflation ko account me rakh kar tax nikalte hain. Agar 20 saal pehle humne koi ghar ₹20 lakh ka kharida tha. And inflation ke vaje se aaj uski value ₹50 lakh ho gayi hai.. and mene ₹60 lakh ka sell Kiya. Toh mereko 10 lakh profit pe tax dena hai bas. Isse humko hi faida hota tha.
But ab ₹60 lakh ka becha toh humko koi indexation benefit nahi milega.. 60-20= ₹40 lakh ke profit pe tax dena hoga.
