President Trump is scheduled to deliver his first formal State of the Union address to Congress and the nation on Jan. 30. On Jan. 29, Governance Studies at Brookings convened a panel of domestic policy experts to discuss what they hope to hear and what they expect to hear in this pivotal speech. Panelists explored which post-tax-bill priorities the president is likely to highlight—with an emphasis on how well they align with the priorities of his political base and with those of Congress.

Only watched 10 mins of your video. It was bad, bias opinions. I was looking for better information about what the speech might contain. Also you say the president has a 60% disaproval? You must be in cali. Everyone I know likes Trump and sees the positive progress the country is making just after 1 year. This panel reminds me of when the election was happening, news would say a strong majority support hillary but i wondered"where are all these supporters?" I literally have only met 1 out of everyone I know. Let it go guys. She lost, all you need to do is get out of the way and let the president do what we elected him to do. And if in the future he doesnt meet all his campaign promises, it wont be his fault, it will be the fault of the resistance making every attempt to stop him. You will only have yourselves to blame. But like i said, I could only stand to listen to 10 mins of your video, so maybe if I had lasted longer you wouldnt have sounded like a bunch of Trump haters. Thanks for wasting my time trying to get some actual insight about the speech...
