Thanks. I see that the officer has the code. For anyone else still alive he is sitting in the office opposite of the front of the building and if you kill the one guard in the front top and the guy in the middle landing then you can sneak over to the office without the guards seeing and easily knife him as he is sitting in a chair facing the opposite wall. lol

There is a satchel charge, in a building away go past the big gun go to the next building. There’s a door on your left go in there call the way down the hall to the orange doors. It’s sitting right there on the table on your right. I found it after about five hours of looking.
