I bet that whine is coming from the transmission. I had a C4 transmission that did that. It wasn't low of fluid or over filled and it kept doing it until I put a stage 3 B&M shift kit in it.

Wait has that been cut out? What exactly happened to the frame on the right side of the screen? How big was the gap? 18 inches? Never seen this much frame damage on one of your cars before.
