***edit about the house price as I forgot to say that in the video and quite a few people were confused. The entire house (with a small plot of land next to it) costs $500 per month. It's not my part of the rent, it is the full cost per month***

Greetings from Dalat! Recording this video was refreshing, something very different (and even new) compared to what I filmed before. Thank you all for being with me 🙏 More videos are coming from Asia and Dalat in particular!

Your Canadian roommate is articulate and hilarious. You should have him on as a recurring guest!

Niki is living his best life in Vietnam. I'm glad to see him so relaxed and carefree, keeping good company. I've seen a few travelogs made in Vietnam and they have been a revelation as to just how beautiful a country it is. Nice to see the chilled Niki 😊

I am 77 years old and my husband is 80 and the United States is falling apart and it’s very scary to be living here. Whenever I see Nikki, I think of Dalat and wonder if we could be happy there

Stayed in vietnam for 3 months 7 years ago and I knew one day I would spend a significant amount of time living in Da Lat. God I miss it. So glad I get to experience it again through your eyes

Nik, you are living in paradise. What is better than to wake up to peace and quiet, while being so close to the big city with all you need. If you are tire of the mountain, it is only a short ride on a bus down the mountain to the beach city Na Trang. You made a fantastic choice to live where you do.

It’s so nice to watch people, who have found their place somewhere in the world. I know I have as well 🙂 All the best to you, Niki!

Niki, That has got to be one of the best videos you have ever posted! I enjoyed watching it. 👍 Vietnam looks amazing!
Time has flown by, it seems like only yesterday when you were in Georgia and you met-up with Roman and Natasha.

Just commented on your last video too--but as someone who hadn't heard of Dalat, thank you for sharing it! I will finally be traveling abroad next year and planned to visit Vietnam but really don't enjoy the heat and humidity. The cooler weather there sounds perfect. Glad to see you back Niki!

When I was a kid (1980s), we viewed Vietnam as a destroyed country where people would do anything to get out. Seeing how it looks today is a miracle.
