It is refreshing to hear well reasoned analysis, rather than the partisan bickering we typically get.  I am looking for Part 2.

I really wish Pioneer would have corrected the typo in the word 'Technology' found towards the end of this video.  However small this typo may be, representing yourself as a leader in education causes one to question your attention to detail.  I am very much against the Common Core Standards and would like to share this informative video, but hesitate only because of the one typo I found in this presentation.

Where does it lead??? Let's adopt the Mass state standards if they are good. Let's have a competitor to CC! In any case let's have as comparable standards as possible! If it means the same then word it the same! We should make sure that children who move between states, like military, suffer as little disruption from being behind new classmates as possible. Share the same standards for the same knowledge while allowing for diversity.
That would be a great improvement over mindless CC rejection!!!

common core.  to see who can rise above in military style drill type class setting. everyone will be the same by force and the best of the best will stand out.  everyone will be filibustered, thats what they will have in common.  filibuster. to slow down progress threw means of prolonged speech or lecture.  filibuster. unauthorized form of psychological warfare.
