Mera dost ka abhi selection hua hai 2021 me cgl me uska 4th attempt tha... Uski personal problems like pressure from the family etc bhot thi to usne apne second attempt se hi sochliya tha ki jinn problem ko mai abhi solve nahi kar sakta unke liye energy waste kyu karna like ghar walon ka pressure to usne soch liya tha ki ghar wale to pressure dete hi rahenge uska to fast solution abhi koi nahi hai to vo bas apni padai karta reheta tha koi bhi bole vo dhyan hi nahi deta tha!!! Or aaj jab uska selection hogya to wahi sab log usko pressure diye jaa rahe the vo log bda khush hote hai success ke baad... To unavoidable distraction ko unke haal par hi chhod dena chahye...

Guys dont study for 12 hours unless you want to be mad. Study 6-7 hours a day. Thats more than enough. Yes.. at exam times you can study 10-11 hours... but as per daily routine 12 hoirs a day is just bullshit. There are so many things you can do except studying. Remember, this is the only life you have got. So, dont waste it on just one thing. Try different.. live full.

1. Studying for 25 mins and taking breaks for 5mins. 4 session of studying chunks are necessary. And then take 30 min long break.
Also we can streach this session to 1.5hr also or as per our need, and then plan the break accordingly.
2. Loud Fan can help to avoid the external noise or distractions.
3. Internal distractions like some thoughts we can write it on paper. And also we can set our why, and visit that for motivation
