OK boomer. 😂 no for realz tho. It's the employers job to make sure the employee has the necessary tools to complete the job. If you tell someone to write the code to operate a space shuttle you provide them with more than a Dixie toilet. (Ofc this is an extreme but and has little resemblance to reality) The person who needs a job done and is employing a person who isn't a freelancer has to offer an attractive workspace. This video is fun propaganda to try and warp the public view of what are acceptable working conditions in order to reduce costs.
