I have problem using one avrisp mkii driver on windows 10. Can you give a hand ?

I use a Atmega88 and the USBasp v2.0 . my output is this:

"avrdude.exe: warning: cannot set sck period. please check for usbasp firmware update.
avrdude.exe: error: program enable: target doesn't answer. 1
avrdude.exe: initialization failed, rc=-1
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
this check.


avrdude.exe done. Thank you."

I had already check and check anda check and check once more, so the problem is not the connection..Can you help me?
