I have been streaming for years now, and finding out how to do all this on my own was a nightmare. I game on X-Box but my setup is very similar to this one with a few minor changes. Yup, similar setup as me! M1Pro, Nova Pro wireless, HDX cap card, PS5, OWC 12 port dock… with WaveXLR + SM7B plugged into to line in on the Nova Pro. No chatlink pro needed for my specific setup. 🎉

Details: WaveXLR 3.5mm line out to the line in of Nova pro DAC… PS5 audio set to “hdmi TV”… this is how you bypass using chatlink! All hdmi capture baby! 😊

Now with this video here, he shows a great way to stream with only 2 usb ports! Nice! My setup requires a huge usb dock with many ports.. so pros/cons.

I've actualy built a mini streaming setup like this, replicating my main setup, love streaming on a macbook air M2 its been great, best of all barely any equipment compared to what im used to, even more streamlined i used the facetime cam 😂 (with some software tweaks), great guide easy to understand 👌🏼
