One small correction - If I understand it correctly, the virus uses it's spike protein to bind ACE2 on the host cell surface mediating membrane fusion and viral entry into the host cell. (In the video it's shown that this binding happens intracellularly.)

If ACE2 is acting as a key(actually lock, key is virus spike protein), then it has to be at the door (or wall) and not inside of cytoplasm. ACE2 should be at the membrane. Hope it's just a minor gap in graphic illustration and not gap in my understanding.

Symptomatically, this seems like other flu virus strains that progress due to lack of the fundamental self care during the flu:

-hydration
-rest
-good quality food, nutrient rich
-management of fever, preventing sepsis based on criteria
-controlling vectors of spread
-washing hands
-avoiding facial touching

The virus has likely mutated in Iran due to the nearly 10% case fatality rate and has already started self-sustained community infections with no epidemiological link to mainland China. In countries such as Iran, South Korea, Italy, and Japan. The CDC has declared level 2 & 3 travel alerts to the public who are traveling to those listed countries. This is now a Pandemic...

Thanks for this video! I've realized the PNA, shock, and ARDS have been the major cause of fear regarding this infection. So for the PNA after the virus, do you think it's a similar course to that of influenza ? (S. aurues, Strep, H. influenza)
