All those Bronze British Decimal coins that you find in those coin lots, the 1 pence and 2 pence are still legal tender and you can literally take them to the UK to spend them.
The half penny was demonitised in 1984.

Hi Christian, the British 0.5 pence coin had barely enough purchasing power when it was introduced in 1971. It was driven by a technical necessity - in order to increase acceptance of the new decimal currency system, it was decided to keep some of the old coins. Initially, it was only intended to keep the shilling and florin coins and circulate them together with their new counterparts (5 and 10 pence). In the public at that time there was a strong movement to continue using the sixpence coin - since it had a decimal value of 2.5 pence, a 0.5 pence coin was needed as change. Due to their low value, the 0.5p coins were demonetized in the early 1980s (along with the sixpence coin), the other two pre-decimal coins were demonetized in the early 1990s following the size reduction of the 5p and 10p coins.

The UK was one of the first states to permanently remove silver from its coinage… from having the finest coinage for most of the 19th century to having no silver at all lol

Love the world coin videos ... my favorite this time include the 1897 Queen Victoria coin, New Caledonian 5 franc coin, 1906 Jamaican coin, 1953 Cuban silver coin (pre-Castro!) and 1869 Greek Coin.

<I totally agree with what you are saying. I started in crypto in August 2017, and I bought in. I was up 5x by December only to watch that disappear quickly and then watch the original investment go down by about 85% during the ensuing 4 year bear market. I took the opportunity to accumulate more over the last 4 years which was hard to do and at the same time a smart thing to do. I wish I had bought more. I am in profit for now but I am planning on using my experience and what i have learnt from Jim Brin I have learned from you and other Youtubrs especially my mentor Jim Brin who taught me how to make trade and increase my crypto from 11 to 27btc that no one really knows what is going to happen in the market..
