Bro the new crafting, loot table, ammount of monsters in helltides, xp boost, damage boost (all classes) are just crazy good, people are enjoying the season even without accual season theme.. a real reborn for d4.

Yeah I did the first capstone at 30, leveled up to 32 by the end. It was shockingly easy. Loving minions so far.

Hey awesome stuff and thank you for the explanations in super detail. I feel like I "missed it somewhere" but can someone confirm this basic rotation as you enter a fight? Is it
1. Decrep on a bunch of monsters
2. (What is making enough corpses to cast Corpse Tendrils? Is Hewed Flesh making them once you Decrep and it starts ticking damage?)
3. Corpse Tendrils to pull pack to the center
4. Raise Skeleton to buff all minions
5. Bone Prison (if you're Chroniks with Plunging darkness) or Blight (if you're MacroBio) to weaken the pack further
6. Golem to head in and kill the pack in the middle of the tendrils/prison/blight pool?
7. Sometimes Army of the Dead where you need it, also adds more corpses
8. Run around and collect blood orbs from Embalmer aspect, and decrease AOTD cooldown
9. Evade out of bad stuff sometimes, dont stand in fire, etc.

Just not sure how I would get those corpses all the time... Mostly from Hewed and... if you have Hulking? Oh and you use Reapers for carving, but Chroniks uses defenders to taunt...

Otherwise, sometimes I am OOM, or sometimes things are in cooldown so I get out of order or can't drop things correctly. So if you're waiting on a Corpse Tendril cooldown, do you just spam Raise Skeleton?

@MacroBioBoi, I have to be honest; I really like your intros, and your enthusiasm shines through, which motivates me. Things like following our findings should help you level up quickly and your focus on fun, not just efficiency is super important.

Finally, I like the context you provide regarding choices like whether or not to include the Army of the Dead. I suggest adding planners, etc., to the details section of your videos, but I'd imagine you wanted to post this quickly.

I am confused. What part of your build over the Maxroll minion shadow / pure minion should we use? Neither use the same skill build out. I know you say to just use the paragon board from there but what else should we look into using from there? Especially if their paragon boards are focused on their builds. I am pretty casual but would like to mow through content.

I have a question 🙂 I saw you also posted Shadow minion build. Between those two, which one has stronger survivability? Cause maybe that's direction, for now, I'll try to go. I'm not "sweaty" Diablo player (playing it casually and not every day) so I saw myself dying sometimes/many times - depends on 😁 Of course, that's also because I still don't have fully optimized build, still building up. So, about that survivability, what build you suggest for me to go? If that's even easy to answer. Or, is the method "best defense is good offense" the best? Thank you, appreciate the answer 😊

Yup, did the capstone at lvl 26 on hardcore with the necro. Very easy. I love that you can mix and match your build with minions. I'm having fun just messing with different minion builds.

I just posted this comment on Raxx's recent video "Minion Necromancer Build Guide". Wanted to bring it here to see if maybe some thoughts from Macro: So. I'm a fairly casual player and not sure if I'll push far enough to see if this scales. But on the lazy build (with corpse explosion), the thing I've been doing is using Howl from Below. I'm at level 75 right now. With the most difficult content I encounter: I walk into a room and decrepify everthing. Set my Golem to attack and take a step back as much out of danger as I can get. And then spam my corpse explosion as fast as I can hit it as by this point there are just piles of corpses everywhere and with Howl, they all turn into dozens of heat sinking missles that melt everything. Even against bosses, with the reapers I get tons of corpses.
