The importance of the granularity of data in data analytics

In data analytics basing decisions off of a lot of data can lead to an “analysis paralysis” where ultimately nothing is done, crippling the development of the product. While conducting mass data collection is beneficial, it’s also important to conduct one-on-one interviews with users, regardless of the business size, in order to get a more personal understanding of the product.
