I'm actually impressed by this video. You guys use most of the shark body, and nothing goes to waste, unlike other restaurants that just cut the sharks' fins and leave the whole body. This chef shows more respect for the animal.

I know most people are probably disgusted but honestly if you look they use almost every part of the animal.

Here in the states people mostly only eat certain cuts of certain meet they don’t utilize the entire animal and waste a lot im actually pretty happy to see the entire shark being used. No Waste
