That observation was really deep to me. And that statement.... I am going to be pondering on that, the heart may be physically alive but is it spiritually alive, in a coma or is it dead? And the answer would be different for everyone as it depends on the relationship or lack of with God. What is our perception and what are we pursuing, the world or looking to God for all our needs as the source of it all? 🤔

I think it is more about, effect on mountains if Quran were revealed for mountains, instead of people, they would split up because of fear of Allah.. something like this, but it could be a part of the idea in this verse..
