Who are the only two people who placed
themselves at the scene of the crime? Who are
the only two people who were present when the
murders occurred? Who are the two people who
knew that house inside and out more intimately
than anyone else? Who are the only two people
who have lawyered up and haven't spoken in
public a single time since the murders? Who are
the only two people who were present when the
murders occurred yet were miraculously left
unharmed? Who are the only two people who
found the bodies, yet never called 911? Who are
the two people who called friends over to the
house after discovering the bodies before they or
anyone else called 911??

Don't be surprised if one of the killers is female, even if the roommates are innocent. The roommates still make no sense. I don't know how the police could have cleared them so quickly.

These same roommates called not the police, oh no, they call more friends to come over after they found the bodies. WHO does that? Did they all clean up? Why would they not call the cops FIRST? They are my suspects.

I'm worried that we may be dealing with an out of town serial killer. I think most people would rather think about it being someone the victims knew because then they get to play Clue. If it is some random serial killer there is very little the public can do or speculate about.. We can't look at footage of friends acquaintances, neighbors or family members and ask ourselves "Hey are they acting hinky? That leaves us feeling powerless and bruises our egos..

I think it's become a real mental block. It's just an ego trip that first tricks us into convincing ourselves that their is a discoverable motive and plenty to go on if we really concentrate when in actuality there may not be. Then before you know it we have convinced ourselves we know the killer is insert name here. I hope it's not a random serial killer because our track record of catching serial murderers is not good. But I refuse to be blinded to the possibility.

Funny How that one roommate tribute was to Ethan and his girlfriend...But not to Kaylee and Maddie

What was the normal mode of access to the house for Xena, Ethan, Maddie and Kaylee? Did they use the front door or did they normally enter using the sliding door into the upper kitchen? It has been reported that both the students living on the ground floor were sleeping with their doors locked. Did this save them or did the killer have no interest in murdering them. In this case, were the murders of Xena and Ethan "collateral damage"?

I still think those two surviving roommates are guilty this doesn't make since how do you not here 4 people being murdered

Low key suspicious of the two roommates lol but that's often how those murders are it's the person who you would expect it to be who is the most innocent...

When this 1st happened I thought it was a serial killer but now 3 weeks later I think it is a serial killer. I hope I'm wrong because our track record of catching serial killers is not good.

I worked with law enforcement for 10 years . The police know exactly who the killer is. Follow the money!!!!

There's a Frat/Sorority element to this case. One of the dads did hire a PI, according to NY Post.

It's understandable that the victim's families are frustrated. It's a process that's not easy and the investigators don't want to just wisk through it too quickly. There's massive amount of evidence and the home was a meeting place for all types of visitors.

Did they investigate the roommates? The kids are going crazy for the new Scream movies and serial killer documentaries.

If it wasn't the roommates who did it, then I bet the killer thinking, "I need to start checking every room in the house when I do this"

I think the person knew them.. They knew where to go in the house. And if the dog wasnt barking, then the dog might have known the person too. Why were the two upstairs girls in the same bedroom? Where they afraid of something or did they have a relationship beyond friendship. The killer could be a woman. A strong woman.. And she had to take out Ethan and Xana to commit the real crime. The girls upstairs. Killing Ethan in his sleep because he was the biggest threat
