Question... 🤔 Why not peel the plátanos first, cut, and then boil them, so you won't burn your hands? I know the won't fall apart cause this is how make them and I've always been taught that way.
Just a suggestion from an latina mom of 6 and grandma of 3 that loves to cook... I love your videos specially since it has old recipes that I haven't seen since my mom and abuela made it. Maybe one day you can make Vianda con Bacalao 🥰
