I like your artwork and you’ve given me some ideas for Esther. I love my Prismacolors and have just used those so far. I’m wanting to try my distress inks but I’m thinking it’ll bleed through. I have been enjoying my Inspire Bible too. Thx for sharing.

Can't believe I'm going to say this but, any men on here? I'm a woman and just want a bible! I get the relaxation part and setting aside time to reflect on His word...I just bought the Catholic Illustrated Bible which has 500 + 16th century venetian woodcut prints.... each to their own though. I'd probably not mind doing this in smaller devotionals that contained excerpts of scripture. I won't be touching my illustrated bible when it arrives, I paid £40 for it.

I have this bible too, and I loved getting to see how you have journaled in yours. You did such a beautiful job! I'm not quite as artistic as you are. But I'm going to try and trace some pictures in mine and then color them. I have a hard time covering up the words. Thank you so much for sharing!!

That was so interesting. The Inspire Bible was my first journaling Bible. You are definitely a better artist/journal gal than I am. I do stickers and color pencils. Enjoy that the most. We both lost our dear Dads within months. And it’s okay to miss them as I do everyday. But we don’t grieve as those who have no Hope. They are with their Lord and Savior!!
