As an Alaskan, I can confirm that Vegas gets fish very quickly. They buy so much of it that it gets shipped straight from dock to the Vegas strip.

THe bridge is Pont des Arts, it's not an old tradition, only starting around 2008, the weight of the locks (45 tons!) almost caused the bridge to collapse so the pannels have all been replaced. Plus the tradition of throwing the keys into the Seine was causing environmental damage.
