I never understood why a lot of people make fun of overweight people for exercising because they want to make the change to be healthier but praise other fat people for eating badly and doing nothing to better their health and call it body positivity.

I made the change almost a year and a half ago. I didn't start out too heavy, and only really gained muscle, so it's hard sometimes not seeing my body become different, but I feel so much better. This is your sign to do it.
