Best thing I do for my seropositive RA is exercise for an hour. EVERY DAY. Red light therapy is also beneficial. I don’t consume sugar or flour/grains. I take some supplements but I’m pain free and have been for years.

I have been suffering with rheumatoid arthritis for 33 years. I have tried CBD with no relief of pain. I am lucky if I get 2 hours of sleep without being up for an hour to only get another 2 hours of sleep. Unfortunately I had a very bad rheumatologist who was nothing but rude, arrogant and condescending. He made me lie on paperwork for Enbrel. Our heath care in Canada is horrible. They took Enbrel away from us which was working great for me, only to give us Brenzys which after 15 minutes after an injection would give me serious flare ups. I have stopped all the biologics and am trying the natural method. I have just started this method. Right now my hands are so flared up that I cannot hold a fork. I have to drink through a straw as my neck is flared. I was in a very serious accident. This horrible rheumatologist shut me down after having inflammation in other joints. He told me that anything post accident he did not want to hear about it. Because I won’t go on a biologic I now no longer have a rheumatologist. He was all about the mighty dollar. Thank God he is retiring. Unfortunately, he is teaching.

I like that you approach health with a holistic approach. You mentioned CBD as well, which is currently used by many people for pain relief and sleep issues even they are reluctant to talk about it - still. Great video, Dr. Girnita! This information is very helpful.

If you want a salt bath go to the seaside and splash about in the water or what about a mustard bath or using mustard oil on arthritic joints, or another old fashioned remedy is caster oil rub into sore and painful joints.

Could you do a top 10 best remedies for inflammatory osteoarthritis of the finger joints please.
I have had some success with the following:
1. No alcohol, no gluten
2. Photobiomodulation therapy (red & IR)
3. Fasting 1 to 5 days per month (drinking homemade organic beef bone broth at meal times)
4. Keto-carnivore diet (eating seasonal veggies)
5. Grounding
6. Paraffin wax bath (great for pain relief)
7. Finnish hot sauna
8. Mg bath
I am researching methylene blue and medical grade hydrogen water (see YT The Hydrogen Man for more information), but I haven't yet tried these options as I'm still researching them.

CBD aggravates my RA.I do use Turmeric, manuka honey, sauna, salt baths.I thought yogurt was no good cos we have to avoid dairy. I love kefir but dont drink it for that reason.
