Fun fact! Tears from sadness have different stuff in them compared to other types of tears. This causes the tear to fall down your face slower to give it more time for people to see so people know you're sad and therefore can help. Leading people to believe that crying is just a form of communication

Also! When you’re feeling angry, sad or happy as you cry, the tears have different chemicals based on which one it is! And when you’re crying, you’re literally releasing those emotions that were pent-up! Remember, crying is a natural response to stress of any kind, and it’s okay to cry whenever you need to. It doesn’t make you less of a man or less of anything to cry.
