Kramer pacer classic review

just picked up a Kramer pacer classic on clearance at guitar center with some minor issues

Man that’s a steal for the price! I love this style of review. I would 100 percent rather see a guy tell me what he actually thinks than a paid review from someone playing through a $2000 amp.

I was really curious about the neck on these. I have a kramer baretta vintage, but I'm not happy with the neck. It's hard to describe what's wrong with it... It's sort of too thick, in the wrong ways, for me. Like, it kind of feels more like a D profile to me. I like a lot of 80's/90's guitars. Like, I have a Moridira Hurricane on the guitar next to the kramer, and when I pick up *that* guitar, suddenly it's like I magically become a *much* better guitarist lol
fretting is easier overall, chords are easier, lead parts are easier, just every dang thing is easier.
This kramer neck just isn't right for me. It's not like I remember kramer necks from the 80s being like :\
I've been thinking about selling the vintage off to help pay for an 84 because I heard the necks on those were more like they used to be.
These pacers are so cheap though, it made me wonder about their necks.
I guess, to me, the neck is really what makes the guitar
