Very vague! Try making another video explaining how you acquired the properties

It's easy to present a spreadsheet, this presentation lacks the real meat of property investment, I.e. how did you finance these properties, what security did you use, what/where did you buy and how much did you spend per property versus rental charges and costs to ensure a positive cash flow and lastly how did you identify these properties. This is real property investment all I see here is an excel spreadsheet with figures that anyone can manipulate

He didn't actually say how he did it. Just buying a property will definitely not give you the profit, you need to do alot of things right.
So it was like a sales pitch with numbers, we don't even know of those numbers are real

The basic principle to entering the property market without cash is affordability. When you started what was your affordability? How do you acquire these properties are they all being bonded? And if so by which bank because ABSA is the only bank that currently takes into account the rental income of your current property as well as that which you want to buy and they add it as part of your affordability? And how are you dealing with the Tax implications? You need to give us a cleae understanding forget the spreadsheet and speak truth and sense to this exercise...a house of 2, 5million at 7‰ will probably cost you a monthly bond repayment of around R19000 and i can bet you that you will not be able to rent it out for that money so tell us and give details

Do u use 1property that is payed off and start from there. By using that property as collateral and start there.
